There is a stark difference though between the finished job looking the way they want it, and having a builder understand the way they want it. That is why at Spectrum, we have our expert on staff designer available to meet with homeowners, discuss with them their projects, and render conceptual drawings that will eventually become our working drawings that will make the finished product look like it should look.
